Dance of Mystery

Aurora Borealis—

I love to watch her dancing,

Leaping, twirling gleefully

Midst the shimmering galaxies.

With stars a stunning backdrop,

She flings her skirts of splendor;

They’re emerald with tinges

Of royal sapphire fringes.

When all around me hushes,

I hear her silks swish softly.

Her faintest eerie singing

From static space comes ringing.

Aurora Borealis—

 Mystery of the northern skies.

 The heavens declare God’s glory,

And she performs the story!
