If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus;
If thou wilt believe in thine heart that He lives;
Then thou shalt be saved, and shalt not be ashamed
Of this great salvation that He freely gives.
Does all the world know Jesus offers them freedom?
Four thousand two hundred religions they claim.
Of eight billion people in two hundred lands,
So many have never yet heard Jesus’ name.

The same God who loves us loves all other nations.
There isn’t a difference between Greek or Jew.
Whoever will call on the Lord can be saved—
All colors, all ages and languages too.
But how can they know Him if no one will tell them?
They cannot believe in a Name they’ve not heard.
How can they repent from their evil beliefs
If no one has showed them the truth of God’s Word?
Oh, may we be willing to go and bring tidings
Of peace and forgiveness and God’s boundless grace
To millions of people spread over the earth
Until God’s salvation is shared in each place.

Then when Christ returns, may we gather in glory
With people from every kindred and tribe
To worship our Savior for all He has done,
And ever together in His love abide.
