From Lands of the East

From lands of the east, I have travelled afar,

Flew over two oceans ‘midst sunshine and stars.

Through deserts, o’er mountains, in hurricane gale,

I journeyed, tucked snugly in Emirates’ whale.

For years I had wondered how things would work out,

But God showed His power without any doubt.

The dream that He gave me now finally came true!

Lord, what is the next thing You want me to do?

I’m back, yes, I’m back….

I’m no more proceeding,

But always still heeding

The voice that will call me to go or to stay.

No, never ignoring

But always exploring

God’s Word and His will and His world.

I’m back….

But love India-land!

I spent two amazing weeks in India, witnessing the work of God through Good Life Ministries. Our team of six arrived in time to help prepare for the annual VBS that reaches thousands of children. The experiences I had taught me so much. I hope to do at least one post about some of those lessons in the next few weeks.
